Arjen Hardesmeets and Paul Verbeek founded Team Concepts in 2003. Arjen graduated as an Erkend Hypothecair Planner in 2008. After graduating, he continued his professional development by becoming an independent mortgage adviser and being a good advocate for clients of numerous nationalities and backgrounds. He discovered how difficult it was for people who have recently moved to the Amsterdam region and surrounding areas to navigate the often complex process of the Dutch housing market. His passion for helping people along with his drive to make the dream of owning a home more accessible to expats motivated him to start Team Concepts. Arjen resides in Amsterdam and spends his free time with his friends and playing sports.
